The crowning achievement of the technical work. Upon completion, we provide the final certificate (Certificado Final de Obra) and claim the Licencia de Primera Ocupación (LPO) from the municipality. Notarial Delivery & Land Registry

We ensure the process is legally watertight. We handle the 'Declaración de Obra Nueva' (declaration of new construction) at the notary and ensure correct registration in the Spanish Land Registry (Registro de la Propiedad). Your investment is fully protected.
